HMS JAPAN. is a private company established in 2020 with the purpose of training and introducing technical intern trainees to Japan.

To select our trainees, candidates who pass an aptitude test and a physical test (for men) are admitted for a 10-day test period to check their Japanese language proficiency and personality, and only those who pass the test are allowed to participate in an interview.
